Job Description
- Coach and provide recommendations for sales force on areas of improvement (including specific training programs) in order to accomplish objectives
- Conduct new employee on-boarding or orientation
- Deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select those with relevant & appropriate content
- Participate in market visits with representatives to resolve problems and develop their capabilities efficiently
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant occupation
- Fluent English speaker
- Leadership and communication skills
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
