Job Description
- Monitor, Guide and coach subordinates to maintain, record, process, update or reconcile various financial documents, such as profit and loss margins, billings, invoices, reimbursements, deposits and other documents.
- The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy on all financial documents and performing clerical accounting or bookkeeping duties.
- Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special project Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confide Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure Prepare financial management reports Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process Assist with year end closings.
- Monitors and supports taxation issues
- Monitors and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
- Ensures accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&A
- Experience with accounting software
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
