Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2010 products –Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers.
- Network Administration.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk.
- Monitor and check backups and backup routines to provide security of the data held.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date with patches and antivirus updates.
- Mail servers.
Job Requirements
- Solid background in firewalls (fortinet, Mikrotik...)\
- Knowledge about IP-telephony / smart home automation.
- Solid background on cloud computing.
- Solid background in CCTV systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a help desk or other customer support role
