Job Description
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and follow up quality standards of the production .
- Devising ,improving & reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes and training staff to use them
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance
- Supervising inspectors ,technicians & staff members and providing guidance .
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Inspecting the final output ,comparing it to the requirement & approving or rejecting the final product
- keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending, meeting , submitting reports and assisting external auditors and inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or business based on programs
- Experiences 3-5 years in field of manufacturing or production
- Strong attention to details, observation, organizational and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of QC procedures and legal standard
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis and statistical methods
