Job Description
- Understand the needs of the customer.
- Provide the customer with different recommendations to choose from.
- Provide the customer with furnishing advices.
- Complete the ordering process.
- Arrange and follow up for the Back office team.
- Follow up with the assembly team to ensure the delivery and assembly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent]
- Sales related courses or workshops are preferred.
- Males or Females [35 years old is Max. age]
- Giza resident [6th of Oct. City, Zayid City, Haram are preferred]
- 1-3 years of Retail Sales experience. [B2C sales experience is a must]
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Furniture sales experience is preferred.
- Very good common of English language.
- High Microsoft Office skills.
- High Sales, and Presentation skills.
- High Communication, and Handling skills.
- High Ownership and Creativity.
- High Problem solving, and Time management skills.
- Able to accept different point of views.
- Able to deal with different types of customers.
