Job Description
- Assist in managing media coverage and relationships/Prepare all PR tools, press releases, press kits
- Assist in Ambassador/Sales Ambassador Program communication and logistics
- Assist in executing all PR related events
- Execute the AFJ CRM system
- Provide the PR department with all needed information, reports.
- Provide regular news updates to all AFJ employees and execute internal PR initiatives such as newsletters.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in public relations, communications or similar relevant field
- Fluent English
- Previous working experience as PR Public Relations Assistant for 2 years
- Applicable knowledge of copywriting and editing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Attention to details
