Job Description
- Studying new tender set of drawings and BOQ
- Pricing project different BOQ items with detailed price analysis
- Proposing different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders
- Formulating time schedules for new tenders and projects
- Developing tender complete package and presenting it
- Reviewing all tender terms and conditions
- Site Visits
- Supervising tender team and make sure that the team on track.
- Reporting to the tendering head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in architecture/civil engineering.(preferable architecture)
- From 6 to 8 total years of experience in consulting or contracting office in Egypt or MENA/GCC.
- At least 5 years previous experience in tendering.
- Must hold Senior tendering title for 1 year.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Mastering MS Office programs.
- Strong time management and accuracy skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
