Job Description
- Control and monitor total projects expenditure.
- Verification of claims from suppliers, agencies and contractors.
- Scheduling and monitoring costs and compare them to the standard.
- Coordinate and work with finance and procurement teams for delays and deliveries and resolve discrepancies if any.
- To ensure expenditures are kept within planned monthly budget and at any given point of time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
- Maximum 3 years' experience working in cost control.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
