Job Description
- Generate leads and reaching out to customer leads through conducting cold calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between the company and potential leads, generally representing the company, Present purchase offers to both clients and brokers.
- Coordinate appointments to show projects to prospective buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the projects.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports on customer needs, problems and interests.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule to enlarge the company’s selling opportunities (i.e. per quarter).
- Acknowledge the market competitors’ activities and do market research.
- Keep updated on best practices of sales techniques and promotional trends.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients & brokers to promote products or services.
- Build rapport and maintain a long-term relationship with existing and new clients.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Assist in required sales documents.
- Prepare required sales reports such as:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Brokers Analysis and Hold and Sold reports.
- Applying CRM Software on a daily basis as required.
- Applying the emailing process cycle on all requests and approvals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Sales.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the real estate industry
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Strong sales and negotiation skills in order to solve potential problems that would cause a deal to fail
- Communication Skills so that clients understand the information he is presenting and their options, good speaker and listener and have strong persuasive skills.
- Customer Service skills to respond to the customer’s needs, speak with dissatisfied customers
- Independent, Pleasant and trustworthy
- Willingness to travel and spend time out of the office
- Understanding of, and interest in, the local property market
