Job Description

  • Creating a market plan with respect to selected product/service, conducting strategic planning on promotional activities including budget involvement, target audience, and market scenario
  • Liaising with stakeholders which include partner organizations, suppliers and distributors, colleagues, and customers, building professional relationships with them for increasing market exposure, etc.
  • Working with various related authorities like business innovation personnel, brand managers, electronic media managers, etc., for carrying out the marketing strategies efficiently
  • Communicating with the marketing team and business relationship management for developing innovative marketing strategies and conveying the same to target audiences via advertisement and press release
  • Managing a strong consumer relationship during the entire marketing process, attending customers regularly, and providing excellent-class after-sales services for providing an appropriate solution to their problems/queries immediately
  • Coordinating with event planners for providing details on the execution and progress of the event, organizing various events like conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and receptions for gathering ultimate market exposure
  • Finding sponsorship for event organization, managing budget accordingly, evaluating marketing campaigns, and managing finances as per the organizational requirement
  • Conducting market research for finding out the consumer requirement, arranging consumer forums, conducting customer questionnaires, etc., for exact analysis of consumer needs, and assisting in product development as per results obtained from the research
  • Carrying out competitor analysis, monitoring their activities regarding new product launch, their marketing policies, its reaction on consumers, etc., for planning the promotional activities accordingly
  • Managing business growth along with focusing on customer retention, developing business strategies for achieving performance targets, providing excellent sales and after-sales services for maximizing sales, consumer satisfaction, and customer retention

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering companies is a must.
  • Creative and presentable.
  • Great knowledge of the company's field market.
