Job Description

Issuing the necessary licenses for the functioning of the institution from the neighborhoods of different cities 

Extraction of government documents from different bodies and departments 

Follow-up and review of official and non-official bodies in submitting applications, obtaining approvals, sending letters and other administrative work required for the benefit of the system 

Providing legal advice and recommendations if requested regarding various matters, where leases, supply and other contracts are reviewed.

Holding friendly meetings and managing them with suppliers to avoid any dispute that may arise due to the contract concluded between the company and the supplier and the terms contained therein 

Job Requirements

  • Higher academic qualification 
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • A good level in English
  • A good level of computer skills
  • Accuracy & attention to details.
  •  Ability of problem solving
