Job Description
- Generate client leads to buy property.
- Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and Developers.
- Attend orientations, seminars, and staff meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, and prices.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs.
- Helping clients with honest advice to get their desire home.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Arrange meetings with buyers and developing company when details of transaction need to be negotiated.
