Job Description
- Deliver products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
- Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (dev/stage/production).
- Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Responsible for coaching in scrum practices and interactions over processes and tools.
- Help product manager to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Perform delivery planning for assigned tasks & features.
- Assist in team development while holding team accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.
Job Requirements
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience in prioritizing responsibilities, managing time of numerous team members, and tracking details of multiple products simultaneously in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent follow-through skills with strong ability to monitor product workflow and juggle a high volume of complex product simultaneously - often in various stages of development - from commencement to completion and deliver on deadline.
- Have In-depth knowledge of Scrum/Agile process & in-depth knowledge of full web development lifecycle.
- Technical background is a must (have experience with programming)
- 5+ years of total experience
- Great communicator, no matter whether talking with technical or non-technical people, internal or external to the company, both verbally and written in English
- Experienced with agile design and development methodologies
- An agile mindset of continual improvement, stewardship, and empowerment
- Experience in applying appropriate Agile and Lean patterns, techniques, and metrics
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Aha!, and Google applications (i.e., Doc, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of modern web-based development and practices
