Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Payable Accountant to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner as follows:
- Review and verify suppliers invoices and check requests by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Setting invoices up for payment and ensure timely payment for vendors’ invoices.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as payable accountant (preferable to be in the construction field).
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
