Job Description
- Our clients are located in North America (United States/Canada) looking for customer service focused candidates in Cairo.
- Software system new customers on-boarding.
- Software system new and existing customers training.
- Software system new and existing customers engaging.
- Handle specific customer calls.
- Follow up with developers, testers and other team members on completing work orders.
- Get customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- High education graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
- Excellent conversational skills through the phone in English.
- Experience with training students or customers is an asset.
- Experience in the same or related field is a plus.
- Excellent computer background.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to reach assigned targets.
