About the Job
  • Our clients are located in North America (United States/Canada) looking for customer service focused candidates in Cairo.
  • Software system new customers on-boarding.
  • Software system new and existing customers training.
  • Software system new and existing customers engaging.
  • Handle specific customer calls.
  • Follow up with developers, testers and other team members on completing work orders.
  • Get customer feedback.
Job Requirements
  • High education graduates.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
  • Excellent conversational skills through the phone in English.
  • Experience with training students or customers is an asset.
  • Experience in the same or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent computer background.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to reach assigned targets.
  • Interested to work over the phone.
