About the Job
  • Preparing and follow Purchase Orders.
  • Manage Stocks and reordering process.
  • Finding New Suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitiveness and achieve/exceed margin target.
  • Ensure timely delivery as per the company buying plan.
  • Ensure safe, correct and formal invoices for all POs.
  • Prepare to follow up Report for Orders and report them on monthly basis.
Job Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the home furnishing, with at least 1 years’ experience in the buying function for an organization with significant sized operations.
  • Good command of speaking and writing of English.
  • Good understanding of the buying/sourcing of home furnishings
  • Understanding of market dynamics and ability to make good decisions.
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office and Internet navigation.
