Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of payment systems.
- To ensure maximum uptime for all application and systems in the data centre.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Monitor incident resolution progress and chase up resolver groups for updates and resolution as per the defined product or customer SLA.
- Work closely with all resolver groups to ensure timely resolution of all incidents
- Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with other Support team members.
- Improve application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures and/or issues, and advise application owners on permanent fixes accordingly
- Identify alerts / processes that can be automated and then work with Engineering team in automating them
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
- Installation, configuration of application software’s and Sanity testing.
- Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members in terms of technical and domain knowledge, professional skills.
- In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies.
- When/where required perform assigned tasks / Support on 24 x 7 shifts basis over Telephone or On-site Support.

BPC - Smart Vista/ SVBO
- High-level process knowledge and technical skills relating to software development, networking and database management
- Good experience in ORACLE database administration, SQL/PLSQL, IOTA, Unix and WebLogic
- Software development background or technical knowledge in Java NET C
- Solid experience with ISO8583 messaging or card transaction processing, e-commerce, m-commerce.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
- Solid experience in managing Smart vista switch /back office or similar payment switches.
- Experience in supporting systems that run on Linux or windows Environment
- Familiarity with BPC products will be plus
Payment gateway aggregator
- Experience in the integration of online payment gateways and plugins such as Cyber Source MIGs MPGs Pay Fort etc.
- Client customer focused with experience interfacing directly with external parties
- Technically proficient in E-Commerce integration with merchant systems.
- Software development background or technical knowledge in Java NET C or PHP
- Solid experience in ORACLE database administration, SQL/PLSQL, Unix and WebLogic
- Experience in supporting systems that run on Linux or windows Environment
- Familiarity with BPC products will be plus
- Experience with web-related technologies including Apache, Tomcat / IIS etc.

Cardless Payment System
- High-level process knowledge and technical skills relating to software development, networking and database management
- Good experience in ORACLE database administration, SQL/PLSQL, Unix and WebLogic
- Software development background or technical knowledge in Java NET C, HTTPS /HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON etc.
- Solid experience with mobile based card less transaction processing like BLIK, UPI, PAYTM, Alipay etc.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
- Experience in supporting systems that run on Linux or windows Environment
- Familiarity with Bilk payment products will be plus
- Software development background or technical knowledge in Mobile App software.
Clearing /settlement/FMIS operations
- Hands on working knowledge of clearing & settlement processes – UAEFTS, Financial accounting posting processes.
- Having experience of setting up and implementation of the above processes will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for monitoring and handling day to day operations of above-mentioned processes.
- Day to day operational engagement with member banks and merchants and internal stake holders
- Knowledge of Accounting and how Oracle-FMIS solution works for above stated processes will be PLUS.
- Knowledge of CB / regulatory /compliance reporting related to the above mentioned processes.
- Excellent hands on with Banking Reconciliation and tallying of GL accounts
