Job Description

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.
  • Handle cash register and transactions with the clients in an successful and precise way as required.
  • Performing up-selling, cross-selling, proposing options to meet customers' demands.
  • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel.) of potential client information
  • Follow up with the clients to ensure their satisfaction level in terms of delivery, quality and communications
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain image standards for all shops

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
