Develops action plans, monitors their implementation and monitors maintenance team performance to meet customer satisfaction .
- Lead the team to achieve the tasks and objectives.
- Responsible for the management and operation of the external maintenance team
- Be responsible for the management and operation of maintenance agents
- Customer satisfaction and work to solve their problems.
- Performs daily follow-up of the performance of technicians and urges them to accomplish.
- Follow the movement of spare parts and work needed.
- Coordinate and follow up with the call center staff.
- Follow-up revenues and work to increase and reduce expenses.
- Perform periodic and non-periodic reports
- Follows the movement of delivery and delivery of products to and from customers
- Ensure the quality of the repair before delivery to the customer and follow-up customer problems and work to solve them.
- Make sure products are cleaned before delivery to customers.
Work hours: from 9:00 - 6:00.
Day Off: Friday.
Location: Ring Road , Zahra Al Maadi,beside British School .
