- Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.

- Recruitment experience and experience in the field of sales in real estate & Developments companies is preferred but not a must
