Job Description
- Prepare daily journal entries for cash and bank transactions.
- Monitor daily bank balances, cash clearing accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
- Maintain banking relationships.
- Arrange for equity and debt financing Support the senior in all the plans and financial strategies.
- Entering, Posting and reconciling bank statement weekly on System.
- Entering the monthly rate of foreign currency. (USD, EURO, GBP etc...]
- Prepares a daily Statement's bank position analysis.
- Prepares a daily Statement's cash position analysis.
- Issuing Certified checks, Import letter of collection, Letter of guaranties and LLCs.
- Review and ensure accuracy of interbank movements and interest payments.
- Assist and support in daily contacts with main banker.
- Entering posting and reconciling the daily check receivable.
- Entering posting and reconciling transfer payable to foreign vendors.
- Dealing with bank on facilities.
- Responsible of providing Foreign Currency.
- Ensure that the company's documents are updated in the Bank.
- Ensure the settlement of loan with the bank.
- Calculating the daily cash requirement by co-ordinate with collections and supply chain department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or related field.
- 1- 4 Years of Experience.
- Excellent Command in English.
- Experience in cash management will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in communicating with the management and staff of the company
- Proficient with email and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately, including percentages, fractions, decimals, and simple mathematical formulae.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize complex information neatly and accurately.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams.
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
