Job Description
- Monitor Cash Balances.
- Monitor and record daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed to cover losses and payments.
- Check Invoices, cheques and Verify that invoices and cheques have been paid or received.
- Fill all the documents related to the Financial department (Invoices, Cheques, …. etc.).
- Dealing with Banks and continues visits for Financial transactions and deposits.
- Conduct regular reports based on financial data showing incoming and outgoing figures, as well as other relevant information.
- Any other task assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting
- Must have Excellent Excel Skills (Like Vlookup, Pivot table, data analysis,...,...)
- Excellent English (Speaking and writing) - as the job will be with foreigners.
- Odoo user is a plus.
- Strong Numerical Skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Nasr City residence or nearby.
