Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate effectively in establishing QA processes and procedures
- Quality assure use cases to ensure that testing captures the software or system’s functional requirements
- Prepare and enact test plans for new software products or updates to existing systems
- Introduce and updates-testing processes in collaboration with his team and engineering & development team members
- Leads the day-to-day activities of testing team members
- Conduct tester training and evaluation and provide support during the hiring and on boarding process
- Oversee team members’ work to ensure that they adhere to specifications, policies, and procedures
- Maintain detailed documentation related to the software or system testing
- Ensures that systems are adequately tested and that all use cases are accounted for
- Work closely with the Engineering team to improve testing plans, policies, tools
- Adopt & utilize testing automation tools to improve testing efficiency
- Coordinate bug fixes and software enhancements with development and engineering teams
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Strong background and experience in quality assurance
- Strong team leading skills experience
- Practical experience in CCMI Auditing and Quality Assurance processes adoption and enhancements
- Practical experience in testing automation tools and practices
- Strong practical experience in SW nonfunctional testing (Performance, Security, Load, Compatibility… )
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
