We are seeking a Sales supervisor to oversee our sales channels. This is a field job and is only suitable for those who are willing to be on the go to achieve. The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Developing and implementing sales plans
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
- Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
- Resolving customer problems as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- At least 3 years experience in sales
- Great communication skills & negotiation skills.
- Able to drive and ready to always be on the go and available at the sales channels.
