Job Description
- Handle all B2C indoor customers by receiving and delivering their products after fixing.
- Make the necessary communications with those customers for follow up.
- Ability to work with our Win Surv(service Management Software).
- Providing weekly reports, stating the business performance of this department.
- Performing customer satisfaction calls for Canon B2C major customers.
- Responsible for B2C spare parts warehouse as well as used B2C machines.
- Direct indoor selling for Canon B2C consumables and discounted products.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSC engineering or Faculty of commerce.
- For males, military service must be finished.
- Comments: Basic salary, Social Insurance & Medical Insurance (optional).
