Job Description
- Technical follow-up Egypt service network.
- Responsible for the approve ASCs claims in Egypt.
- Responsible for customer and dealer pending orders in the Egyptian market
- Responsible for returned goods of users and dealers.
- Follow-up ASCs inventory breakeven and order parts.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or BA - or High technical Diploma
- Min 5 - 7 years of experience with technical background
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer handling skills
- Problems solving oriented
- Reports Writing skills
