Job Description
- Architectural design works
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings inaccurate with quality standard
- Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants
- Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel.
- Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors.
- Ensure in coordination with Site Engineers that executions of works are to the required quality and safety and resolves all technical problems for all trades.
- Prepare BOQ and Specs
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc (…
- Responsible to ensure that site is supplied with all documentation, methods & material needed to execution the works
- Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.
- Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works
- Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
- Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
- During construction to the technical office manager for discussion and correct resolution
- Issuing subcontractors invoices
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech, Elect. etc…).
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFI) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (Ain shams/ Cairo University is preferable).
- Experience from 4 to 9 years.
- Good knowledge in using AUTO CAD, Photoshop, MS office and 3D-Max.
- Experience in Hospitality Projects (hotels,restaurants,etc...)
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
