About the Job
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences
  • Daily management of office activities
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Communicating with blue/ white collars in all functions including the showrooms team

Job Requirements
  • Males or Females are welcomed.
  • Working from Saturdays to Thursdays and taking 2 Saturdays off per month "Rotational"
  • Formal appearance and good looking.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • New Cairo, El-Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City residents only
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
  • Assist in all aspects of administration and office management
  • Fluent in English.
  • Time management.
