Job Description
- Write blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services
- Proofread, re-structure and edit spelling, grammar, and syntax
- Interview industry professionals and use online sources to research topics
- Improve illustration in collaboration with marketing and design teams
- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines
- Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs, and follows our in-house style guide
- Organize, modify and update existing content
- Verify content and information
- Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind
- Analyze data and analytics and seek to increase reader engagement and retention.
Job Requirements
- Have excellent writing and editing skills in English & Arabic (Fluency in both Languages is a must)
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
