Job Description
- Manage digital performance marketing channels including: Paid Search (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), Affiliate marketing, Performance display (remarketing, prospecting), Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization.
- Responsible for day to day optimization of performance marketing initiatives working closely with clients.
- Develop and manage rigorous testing across paid channels
- Experience with remarkting tools (adroll, Criteo ... etc)
- Works closely with Analytics for deep dive attribution, audience segmentation, campaign ROI, LTV targets, insights and key performance indicators
- Experience with Google products (Google Analytics, Google Tag manager & Google webmaster)
- Works with Media Strategy & Insights team to produce monthly recap reviews
- Gain experience in eCommerce platforms & marketplaces solutions
- Manage both internal and external creative resources to support campaign asset development
- Assist in the development of KPI dashboards to improve the day to day operations of the business
Job Requirements
- 3-5 year's experience with digital media and performance marketing.
- We are looking for a great team player, someone who is comfortable managing the needs of a variety of cross-functional partners.
- Highly proficient and knowledgeable about core SEM & SEO tools.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/technical implications, onpage and offpage impacts to SEO performance.
- Knowledge of performance marketing practices and have a test-and-learn mindset. Role may require working closely with media team on performing customer acquisition and conversion tests.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with outstanding execution skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly analytical, ability to sift through data, ask questions and develop actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS College degree preferred.
