Job Description
Responsible of all IT Support and IT Administration in the company, including but not limited to:
- New PC's purchase consulting and installation.
- Current PC's maintenance works and repair.
- Reply to any IT inquire or complain from end users.
- Innovate and help solve IT problems in the company; Internet Connection, Cabling, Storage, backups, etc...
- Advise company management on best solutions and improvements for new IT projects and developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Support/Helpdesk servicing.
- Knowledge in Windows, Cisco and Security systems.
- Good knowledge in SQL Development, preferred knowledge in SAP Program support.
- Fast and result oriented.
- Multi tasking skills with good crisis management attitude.
- Has to have the will to continuously develop oneself skills and work towards company goals and objectives.
