Job Description
T&T System Administration Specialist role is able to provide both Support Specialist/System Admin and Team Lead role at the same time. Also, this role is able to work closely with Project Managers, Sales Teams and Customer in order to resolve any ongoing issues and/or to improve current support level and/or to expand current business. It is usually point of contact for the Customer.
- Reviewing configurations of the customer existing setup
- Skype for Business Remote management and monitoring
- Working closely with PS and TAC in order to resolve the issue
- Day-to-Day technical support and incident management for our clients
- Provision of detailed technical documentation including solution high/low level design, platform build/configuration, troubleshooting, and operational procedures
- Allocation of work load, training for new employees, and feedback provisioning for improvement
- Understanding of Managed Service operations and solid understanding of all MSC support tools
- Spending 20% of work time on learning new technologies and developing knowledge
Job Requirements
- MCSE Certification (MCSE Communications) is a must;
- Must be prepared to work in shifts and be available for On-Call rotation if required
- This role requires deep understanding and ability to deliver timely and creative incident resolution focused on root cause analysis, prevention, and subsequent knowledge transfer for Microsoft Skype for Business and all back-end Microsoft technologies
- Experience in Skype for Business administration is an advantage
- Fluency in English is a must, Fluency in French is beneficial
