Job Description

  • Lead Help Desk team and dispatch tasks to them through ticketing system.
  • Review and monitor Tasks assigned to Help Desk staff and make sure that tasks are closed in time.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain and support computer operating systems and applications.
  • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting system and application problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults (replacing parts as required).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot printer problems and provide support for users.
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Provide Data Show support in classes according to schedules sent before and follow up on them.
  • Ensure that documentation and job notes kept up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance plan.

Job Requirements

  • Computer Science or Computer Engineer
  • Fluent English is a MUST
