Job Description
- Lead Help Desk team and dispatch tasks to them through ticketing system.
- Review and monitor Tasks assigned to Help Desk staff and make sure that tasks are closed in time.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Maintain and support computer operating systems and applications.
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and application problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults (replacing parts as required).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot printer problems and provide support for users.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Provide Data Show support in classes according to schedules sent before and follow up on them.
- Ensure that documentation and job notes kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance plan.
Job Requirements
