Job Description
- Manage a team or multiple teams of Inside partner account managers (IPAMs). Trains and develops inside partner account managers
- Sets focus for inside team and helps set focus of vertical/business.
- Drives focus with cross-business functions and business process improvement efforts. Carries a high complexity and revenue responsibility in partner landscape segment.
- Advanced understanding of complexities of the environment and works internally to solve complex business issues. Partner with marketing to increase partners sales growth and expand market share
- Solid understanding of complexities of the environment and works internally to solve complex business issues
- May need to handle partners escalations ensuring resolution of the issues by driving the best experience
