As a Community Manager at Tunga:

You will be responsible for further growing the community of Tunga developers in Egypt
Activate our developers and coach and mobilize them for specific projects. You will be part of the Talent Sourcing team that consists of you, the Director of Operations, the Product Owner and our training partners.
The goal is to have the best software developers from Egypt to find their way to Tunga and work successfully on projects.
You will report to the Director of Operations on the progress of the activities for which you are responsible, in particular of metrics that reflect the efficiency of on boarding, testing and allocating developers.
You will make sure that you adhere to our way of working and to our Code of Conduct. And in general, you will make sure that both you, our developer community and ultimately our clients will be happy!

You do not necessarily have a degree, but you can demonstrate at least a bachelor level of thinking and acting;
You have experience in project management and building new structures and processes;
You have demonstrated success in building communities and/or rallying people around an idea;
You are familiar with and have experience with the basic concepts of software development;
Experience in recruitment is an advantage;
You have excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written;
You are entrepreneurial, can work independently and you are generally considered a nice person ;-)
