Business Analyst – Support (Technical -40% Functional -60%)
Job Description:
- To provide L2 support for the applications in scope and co-ordinate with Offshore associates , L3 associates for resolution of the tickets.
- To provide on call support for any issues during non business hours.
- Will be single point of contact for Business users for the applications in scope and able to communicate and co-ordinate in resolving their issues.
Job Requirements
- PL/SQL Mandatory.
- Should be able to do Querying and troubleshoot the issue.
- Should have worked in Sales related applications like Sales buzz.
- Should have Functional knowledge on the Sales process that happens between a Distributor and a Retailer.
- In other words, the candidate should have knowledge in Go To Market domain/Strategy that is followed in a FMCG/product Manufacturers to sell their products to the consumer market.
- The End client is in the FMCG sector, hence candidate with experience in
- FMCG industry is added advantage.
- Exposure/understanding in Java is added Advantage.
- It is Techno functional role.
