Job Description
- Handle cash or credit transactions with customers.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Keep reports of transactions.
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting or a related major.
- Good command of the English language.
- Very Good in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
- Must be resident or nearby resident of 6th of October City.
- Maximum Age: 25 years.
