Job Description
- Responsible to deliver hospitality & MPS solutions to customers, starting from customer business requirements, through project initiation, installation, customization, implementation, project sign-off, and customer satisfaction. In addition to customer support and maintenance.
- Collect the customer’s requirements and generate the business requirements documents by interacting with the customers and internal users.
- Implement and build the customer’s database and develop solutions based on the business requirements document.
- Training and handling knowledge transfer to the customers and the end-users.
- Handle the critical Software/Hardware cases in Order to Analyze/Fix them.
- Customer's service and support expert.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- PC Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Good knowledge of databases SQL, IIS and Windows Servers is plus
- Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to learn
- Organized and systematic
- Language: Very Good English spoken and written is a must
- Gender: Male.
