Job Description
Technical and maintenance team leader to do the following:
- Organize the operation for projects and maintenance department
- Follow up the maintenance visits and make sure of customer satisfaction
- Organize customer complains and opened tickets
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Handle CRM and follow up with customer for satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Electrical or Communication Engineer.
- 2-5 years ELV systems Experience (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection, EAS, etc.).
- Microsoft office skills & AutoCad.
- Good knowledge in network.
- Preferable CRM Base.
