Job Description
- Implement the Strategy:
- Sourcing or co-packing alternatives
- Logistic/Distribution Plan
- Define and develop annual Purchasing & Logistic/Distribution Plans
- To maintain full awareness of the endogenous factors and of the social-economic-political environment and ensure that the necessary business resources are being managed in order to implement the plans and contribute to the company short and long term goals
- Monitor Supply Chain performance against measures, take all the required actions to meet these measures and drive for the continuous improvement
- Manage the interface with the suppliers, logistic operators and agents/distributors in all the trading aspects – establish good networks
- Promote high customer service level and satisfaction
- Recruiting, developing and retaining Supply Chain talents
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures, and local statutory regulations
- Manages the production, Research & Development, technical aspects of the company's products.
- Establishes and develops operational standards and ensures the quality of manufactured products meet standards.
- Designs and establishes new methods to improve operations and minimize costs.
- Directs the preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Maintains the structure and processes necessary to manage the company's current products and its projected growth.
- Ensures that all activities of operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations
