- OEE figures reporting and monitoring:-
- Daily responsibility check.
- Regular reporting of results.
- Report top3 activities to production manager.
- Prepare weekly OEE reports.
- Identify the improvements of OEE figures in agreement with the production manager, plant manager.
- follow up of improvement activities (PDCA).
- Prepare capacity studies, identification of additional need or surplus of equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 0-2 years of Experience.
- Knowledge of OEE calculation is a must.
- Knowledge of process analysis.
- Excellent level of English.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools.
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
