Job Description
- The Trade Promoter’s main role is to help the dealer to increase their sell- through frequent store visits.
- Promoter must follow through different types of customer and field visits.
- The scope, schedule and reporting of each of these types must be clearly defined and planned in alignment with the sales manager
- Visit authorized dealers in Cairo and Alexandria, frequency of visits per month will be agreed upon commencement of the role
- Understanding of the dealer company structure (sales staff, product portfolio, customer portfolio, warehouse)
- Support the dealer from both brand and technical perspectives
- Provide insight about how the brand is perceived by sales representatives and current problems being faced while selling the brand in the market.
- Collect descriptive data from each visit using trade forms and the data will then be entered on the online portal the same day
- Notify the sales manager immediately if any concerns expressed by the customers
- Support long-term field projects such as price studies and competition studies. The projects will be briefed by the sales and marketing team
- Quarterly targets will apply for the trade promoter
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in the automobile industry
- Valid driving license
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Arabic
- Familiarity of both Cairo and Alexandria markets
- Garage Experience is a plus
