Job Description
- Preparing a complete structure design package and calculations for projects.
- Preparing the bill of quantities and technical specifications for structure package
- Design review for structural drawings received from the consultant
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
- Preparing reports as required;
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements
- From 3-5 years of work experience in civil field.
- Have experience in dealing with problems in the construction site.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering
- Be team oriented and have a positive attitude.
