Job Description
- Manage all purchase orders (POs) for appropriately selected sources and obtain all required approvals and monitor procurement of all goods and services for all concerned sections within the required time frame and quality standard.
- Coordinate material transfer to ensure the material's delivery to its destination
- Negotiate prices, payment & delivery terms.
- Review material requisitions & channel to the appropriate supplier.
- Follow-up on order status & expedite if necessary.
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Facilitate claims, secure replacements as needed, and amend PO’s accordingly.
- Create vendors and suppliers list and archive all purchasing documents.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the drilling of wells of groundwater
- Experience for more than 5 years.
- Engineering Background
- Excellent use Ms. Office, Hard Working, can work under pressure, Self Confidence, Anticipation and Delegation.
