Job Description:
- The Operating Room Registered Nurse is to provide care for patients before, during and after surgery. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals
- Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform physical exam and health histories Provide health promotions, counseling, and education Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions
- Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare professionals
- Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations
- Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization.
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate
- Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes Other duties as assigned
- وظيفة التمريض الخاص بغرفة العمليات الأساسية هي توفير الرعاية للمرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد الجراحة بالاضافة الى تنسيق رعاية المرضى بالتعاون مع مجموعة واسعة من المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية
- تسهيل تحقيق النتائج المثلى فيما يتعلق بالرعاية السريرية والجودة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الرعاية والممارسة وفقا لجميع السياسات والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية المعمول بها.
- إجراء الفحص البدني والتاريخ الصحي لتقديم المشورة وتعليم إدارة وتناول الأدوية ، العناية بالجروح ، والعديد من التداخلات الشخصية الأخرى
- التعرف على العلامات والأعراض الخطرة والحيوية والتفاعل بسرعة في حالات الطوارئ
- توفير الرعاية المباشرة والإشراف عليها من قبل متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين
- مسؤول عن القيام بمهام رعاية المرضى طبقاً لأسس الممارسة ومستوى المهارة المعينين
- التواصل والتعاون مع مجموعة الأشخاص لغرض إعلام فريق الرعاية الصحية بالخطط / الإجراءات.
- العمل على تحديد موعد تحويل المرضى من تخصص لآخر ومن قسم الى قسم حسب احتياج المريض
- التطور المستمر المحسن لنتائج المرضى وواجبات أخرى يتم تعيينها
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Self-motivated with minimal oversight
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Travel may be required

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Graduate from a college or university accredited
- One year of experience in nursing Current, active, license to practice as a Registered Nurse Must have authorization to work in Egypt as defined
