Job Description
- Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for Fitness Trainers.
- Ensure that the customers are given high-quality services and assistance when needed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs.
- Ensure the gym facility is maintained clean and safe.
- Ensure that gym equipment is kept in good working condition.
- Monitor the initial workouts of new customers and provide feedback.
- Implement customer suggestions and recommendations to optimize training program.
- Offer various fitness programs to suit customer’s specific needs.
- Ensure that the staff follows all the procedures and policies.
- Organize meetings for the staff for professional growth.
- Resolve issues and complaints from customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management is preferred.
- CFT.
- PT.
- knowledge of exercise equipment and fitness planning.
- Physically fit.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business background.
- Proven experience in the fitness field.
