Job Description
- Set commercial targets and meet budgeted sales of farm products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the agricultural industry by promoting image, services and products
- Manage development and promotion of products and services for the agricultural Market
- Manage and grow the commercial department
- Manage and Develop customer portfolio on all product lines
- Manage the supply (purchase, importation) and sales of products
- Manage the inventory in line with working capital improvement KPI’s
- Supervise Sales Team Credit Risk
- Purchase of Inputs to Head Office
- Implement and supervise development and marketing action
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Agricultural , economic or marketing and MBA is preferred
- Strong experience in agriculture-related industry (fertilizer, crop, seed, feed, agriculture equipment, etc)
- Excellent negotiator and communicator;
- Network of contacts in the agricultural sector is a definite bonus;
- Marketing and Sales skills & Strategic vision
- English : Strong Level
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
