Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT and IT equipment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for users in technical assistance at office or at company sites.
- Maintain daily performance of computers and printers.
- Modify, update and repair computer hardware and software.
- Solve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), printers, and other systems.
- Install computer to be ready for users.
- Reporting frequent failures to the direct manager and keeping all required reports.
Job Requirements
- 2: 5 Years' experience in the same role preferred in construction field.
- University degree in computer science or Bachelor degree with certification in IT field.
- Good command of English.
- Awareness of recent technology such as, Auto CAD –primavera-Photoshop installation
- Good experience in PC hardware, MS latest Windows and MS latest Office
