Job Description

Job brief :

  • Software Support Engineers serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. They resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting for each issue.
  • Software Support Engineers also work closely with development teams to identify and resolve any technical problems that might arise during the development of software.

Software Support Engineer Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Fix customer Issues on Production Branch.
  • Code review and Technical Support to Software Users.
  • Assist with Software Design and Development.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Work experience as a .NET Developer for at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in building medium to large scale web-based applications
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C#)
  • Familiarity with agile environments
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Work experience in SQL Server
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
