Job Description
- Outstanding (%)
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure
- Effective AR activities. Liaising with stakeholders both internal and external, maintaining a high level of cooperation
- with other departments to achieve company targets/goals in the total debtor portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments of outstanding records.
- Engage (if required in consultation with Line Manager)
- Collection agency or legal expert in the event of nonpayment.
- Payment within agreed credit terms
- Collection KPI
- Client satisfaction
- Process unapplied cash within
- agreed terms
- Update and monitor weekly stop list
- and ensure all systems are correctly

- Provide regular overviews regarding outstanding

- Analyse outstanding receivables and
- Report any findings to the Line Manager.
- Accurate and Timely reporting

- Coordinate requests to grant customers credit.
- Evaluate the possibility to grant credit using the
- Information gather internally and externally. Provide
- Advice to Sales colleagues in possible financial
- Securities in case of insufficient external credit advice.
- Make sure all necessary agreements are put in place to

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Qualification – Business Finance, fiscal or Economics
- 3-5 years practical experience of accounts receivable
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Capability to plan, organise and manage own work
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills
- Good PC skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel)
